ELMSHORN (GERMANY): A high-level meeting in Elmshorn has strengthened momentum for the proposed Intercultural Meeting Centre, a landmark initiative aimed at fostering social harmony, cultural exchange and community integration. The discussions were held at the invitation of Anil Sharma, Managing Director and Shareholder of TNI Tradenet International Handels GmbH and President of Hindu Dharma Gemeinde gUG Elmshorn.

The event was attended by Birte Glissmann, Member of the Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament, Justus Schmitt, Head of Office at the Ministry of the Interior of Schleswig-Holstein, and Punit Kumar, who is actively contributing to the project’s planning and development.

Welcoming the guests, Sharma said the proposed centre would become a meeting point where people from different cultures, generations and communities could connect, learn and grow together. The project envisions facilities for cultural exchange, education, yoga, Ayurveda, sports and other activities designed to strengthen social cohesion and promote intercultural understanding.

During the nearly two-hour discussion, participants explored the project’s objectives, future roadmap and implementation.
